H2O Topical Study Workshop, Samaritan's Purse, this Saturday


It's that time of year again! Time to fill some shoeboxes! As you may have heard in the English service, CCCO is once again participating in Operation Christmas Child organized by Samaritan's Purse. It's a great way to reach out to children who don't always have the opportunity to receive gifts over the Christmas holiday season.

These shoeboxes are filled by us with personal hygiene items, toys, educational resources, etc! It's been a privilege to participate over the past few years, and we will be taking the opportunity this Saturday to prepare some boxes together!

Why we do? Watch the following video perhaps you will see a bit more on the bigger picture.



So let's do it! and have some fun time together! This Saturday we'll meet at the dollar store to buy items, and then go to Brandon's house (super close to Carlingwood Mall) to pack the boxes together.

When? Saturday, Nov. 7
Where? 1. Meet at Carlingwood Mall in front of Dollarama @ 7pm. 2. At Brandon's House by 8:30pm to pack boxes together.
What? Shop for and pack OCC shoeboxes!
Bring? $7 cheque per shoebox for shipping. Additional donations to Samaritan's Purse are welcome!
