H2O This Week: Good Friday & Easter Sunday Services / Relay For Life Info

Hi everyone!

This year's Easter weekend is only a few days away, CCCO will be having our traditional Worship Services and we're encouraged to attend together. Please note of the time changes:

• Good Friday Service (March 21st) @ 10am. 3rd floor main sanctuary
• Easter Sunday Service (March 23rd) @ 10am. 3rd floor main sanctuary
• Fellowship Lunch after the Easter Service, basement sanctuary

Sunday School will be cancelled due to the service's earlier start time. Fellowship Lunch will begin right after service ends, please bring your ticket along from last week.

Also, Joshua Wang, our fellow brother and youth worker for the YF (high school group) have ask us to support his idea to the church's Deacon's Board. His vision is to have a dedicated youth/student room in the 118 Empress building with an environment to cultivate intergenerational ministry (between H2O, YF and our junior high group - Pure Energy). If you like this idea, please write a 1-2 sentence proposal to support Josh. You can send it directly to him via email or ask him questions regarding this proposal.

Lastly, Frederick have some information regarding this year's Relay For Life event:

"As the tradition carries on, uncle Eric Ling is trying to organize the "Relay For Life" walk against cancer this year. The date will be June 13, Friday night to Saturday morning (from 8 pm to 8 am). The event is to have a team of people to take turns to walk for 12-hrs against cancer for the whole night till the dawn breaks.

I hope that more H2O people can participate in this event as this is very meaningful. Since most of the H2O people are students, they do not have much money, but they have the heart to do good and to contribute to participate to raise funds for people who are having cancer.

And we will have some fun for fellowship and sharing for the whole night and have a good "one-night-walk."

So please consider to join the Relay For Life this year. If you are interested to be involved, please reply to me (Fred) as soon as possible. I'll need a certain number of people to show interests before I get the team registered."
