3rd annual Helping Hands for Hire this Saturday, November 17th; we need your help!!!

Hi H2O,

This week we are having our 3rd annual Helping Hands for Hire event!!! For those who will be participating for the first time, here is a short explanation of what we do: Each year, we take a day to volunteer our able bodies to serve the needs of other brothers and sisters in our church. In the past, we were able to clean and tidy up basements, raked leaves for senior's home, cleaned oven, babysat little kids...etc. Those who received our help were very appreciative of our efforts, while those who served were very satisfied with spending their time helping out. This year, we're looking for more of your efforts so we can make this year's HHfH another success!!

We have been receiving requests for 'jobs' since a couple of weeks ago, so we'll need as many volunteers as we can to work on these tasks. Here's what needs to be done:
  1. Babysitting (Pastor Cal)
about 2-3 people for this job
    place: Orleans (East)

  2. Cleaning basement (Auntie Kitty)
    as many people as possible
place: 118 Empress (building next to our church)

  3. House Errands (Auntie Esther)
    as many as possible
    place: Kanata (West)
PLEASE consider taking some of your time to help out!! As stated, we need as many helpers as we can for this Saturday. Approximate time would be between 12pm to 6pm (varies from each location). If you are able to join us, reply via email by Thursday, November 15th, so we can plan things out (such as rides, who's going where) appropriately. You can also contact JEAN by phone (# in email) to let her know you're coming. Let us know if you have any questions as well.

Once we have all the volunteers on board, we'll send out an additional email with more details and assign groups to their tasks.

Again, please consider to participate in this very meaningful event!! We look forward to hearing your feedbacks and working together this Saturday!!
